Terms of Service

Free tier. Includes one daily drill of five math questions, streak tracking, percentile ranking, and two free case walkthroughs. The free tier is available at no cost and may be used indefinitely.

Pro tier. Available for a one-time payment of €30. Pro unlocks unlimited case walkthroughs, AI-powered framework feedback, Focus Sessions, and Blitz Mode. The Pro upgrade is a permanent, non-recurring purchase — you pay once and retain access for the lifetime of the Service.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Polar's terms of service. Because the Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase of digital content delivered immediately, refunds are not offered as a matter of course. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review your case.

You may submit content to the Service, including case framework text for AI feedback (“User Content”). You retain full ownership of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant CaseBlitz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, generating AI feedback on your framework).

We do not use your User Content to train AI models. User Content may be sent to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating feedback within your session, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service for any purpose.
• Share, transfer, or allow others to use your account credentials.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display CaseBlitz questions, case studies, or other proprietary content without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CaseBlitz is an educational practice tool. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in improved interview performance, job offers, or any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CaseBlitz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CaseBlitz in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or used the Service in a manner that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination, but immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Germany. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where applicable under EU law.
